Welcome to Hocking Hills Adventure Trek We're a Trek Network company offering professionally guided rock climbing and rappelling, belly boat fishing, archery, naturalist led edible forest hikes, artist led activities and team building events in the Hocking Hills and across Ohio. Founded in 2011, our guides are far and away the most experienced in the business. Explore the Hocking State Forest with us and you'll discover hidden caves and waterfalls that you're free to return to forever! Our lead rock climbing and rappelling guides are certified American Mountain Guide Association (AMGA) Single Pitch Instructors (SPIs).
This map is simplified and not to scale. Both SR 664 and Big Pine Rd are windy and hilly so it can seem like you've traveled farther than actual. From Logan, be sure to follow the SR 664 signs through the bends in the road 4 miles to Big Pine. Allow for extra time and know that cell phones likely won't work.
The 1/2 acre gravel parking lot where we meet
The sign is on the opposite side of the road.
As a guide service, we meet customers at varying locations depending on what we're doing that day. Unless arranged differently, all rock climbing, rappelling and naturalist led hikes meet at Hocking State Forest Rock Climbing and Rappelling area parking lot on Big Pine Rd. Confirm this as your meeting point in advance and use the maps and directions below. There are no building or restrooms available at the meeting point.
All Ohio Belly Boat Fishing treks meet at other locations based on the area we're fishing. All meeting points are confirmed in advance. For most of our meeting points, there is no designated GPS address and your cell phone is unlikely to work. We'll pick an easy to find location and provide directions in advance. Please click on the blue button above, save, print and bring the directions and map from this page.
